Newsletter terms and conditions
- The publisher of the Culture Express newsletter is the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, hereinafter referred to as AMI.
- The Culture Express newsletter, hereinafter referred to as the newsletter, is distributed periodically and intermittently by AMI via electronic mail to addresses provided by subscribers in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail).
- The newsletter is free of charge and is available to all e-mail users who have expressed interest in receiving the newsletter.
- Among the newsletter's contents is cultural information and information on projects carried out by AMI.
- Users request the newsletter and confirm willingness to being added to the list of subscribers by completing a registration process consisting of :
- entering an e-mail address at the internet site www.iam.pl,
- accepting the herein Terms and Conditions,
- confirming willingness to being added to the list of subscribers by clicking on a link provided in an e-mail message sent to the user.
- Upon completing this process, the user is registered as a subscriber to the newsletter.
- Users can be removed from the list of subscribers by clicking on the appropriate link appearing in the newsletter.
- By registering to be a subscriber to the newsletter, users agree to:
the use of their personal information by AMI, as the administrator of the information, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal information security (Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 101, point 926 and amendments) and with the guarantee of all related rights resulting from the above act.
- Personal information provided by subscribers will not be published on any sites associated with the service or made available to third parties.
- AMI reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions concerning the provision of the newsletter service. In the event of amendments being made to the Terms and Conditions, AMI will notify users as to the amendments by e-mail.
- AMI reserves to right to remove users from the list of subscribers without stating a reason for the removal.
