This programme has at its disposal 20 million zloty. Its goal is to fund projects which promote and present valuable phenomena in Polish culture as part of a cultural programme supporting Polish presidency of the European Union Council in the second half of the year 2011. The events which are to be financed have to take place at least in one of the ten capitals: Brussels, Berlin, Paris, London, Madrid, Kiev, Minsk, Moscow, Beijing or Tokyo.
