The Culture Programme is the only European Union programme addressed directly to culture operators in the EU Member States, candidate countries, as well as countries that are in the European Economic Area. It allows the institutions and organizations in the culture sector to obtain subsidies for, among other things, international cultural and artistic projects that promote the mobility of artists and artworks, as well as those that foster intercultural dialogue, organization of festivals and translation of literary works.
